Contrary to popular belief, crunching numbers can be whole lot of fun! So, whether you’re a whiz at math or not, here are some fun number games to tease your brain. Ready to get counting? Let the games begin...
1. There are 10 people in a room. Six people are wearing socks, four people are wearing shoes and three people are wearing both. How many people are in bare feet?
2. How many different ways can the cars of a three-car train be arranged?
3. A journalist interviewed 50 people about their pets. Forty-one people had a dog, 35 people had a cat and 30 people had both a cat and a dog. How many had neither?
4. Can you place six Xs on a Tic Tac Toe board without having three in a row in any direction?
5. What is the only digit that has the same number of letters as its value?
Answers:
1=3; 2=3; 3=4;4=no;5=4.
